Replicant story
Replicant is a 2001 American science fiction action film directed by Ringo Lam, and starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Michael Rooker. Synopsis: A recently retired police detective is recruited into a secret government program to track down his old nemesis, a notorious serial killer with a penchant for brutally murdering Seattle area mothers.
