The Schartz-Metterklume Method story
Mrs. Wellington picks up the new governess Miss Hope from the train station, and is quickly thrown by Miss Hope's outspokenness. For the next few days Miss Hope teaches the Wellington children with enthusiasm, but Mr. and Mrs. Wellington are appalled by her unorthodox methods and fire her. Miss Hope leaves in good spirits, because she is actually wealthy aristocrat Lady Charlotte; Mrs. Wellington mistook her for Miss Hope, and Charlotte enjoyed the distraction.
