studying for a test theme
A young character studies for a formal test in school, or something similar.
Notes
Formal tests are typically associated with schooling, and thus the early stages of life. Therefore this theme is taken to imply "human childhood". If an adult character is "studying for a test" in a story, the reviewer must decide whether the situation resembles school tests enough that the idea of "human childhood" is implied.
